This policy covers the GrokBot Accounting app (the “App”). The App connects to our QuickBooks Online company file so our bookkeeping assistant can help Rose Dental keep the books. It is a private practice tool. It is not a public product and is not offered in an app store to other businesses.
Who this applies to
The App is used only by Rose Dental (Zina Aaron DMD, PC) and people we authorize to do our books. It is not used to collect information from patients or website visitors.
What the App accesses
When we connect the App to QuickBooks Online, Intuit may share QuickBooks data we already keep in that company file. That can include account lists, transactions, bills, invoices, payments, and similar bookkeeping records. The App is not meant to access patient dental charts or medical records.
How we use it
We use that data only to do Rose Dental’s accounting and tax work (for example, reconciling payroll tax notices and preparing letters). We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Authorized people at Rose Dental, and the bookkeeping assistant we run for this practice. Intuit also holds the underlying QuickBooks data under Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy.
Storage
Tokens that let the App talk to QuickBooks are stored so the App can stay connected. We do not put Client Secrets or access tokens in public chat or public files.
How to disconnect
We can disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online in Intuit’s connection settings, or by asking the bookkeeping assistant to revoke the tokens. You can also write admin@rosedentalatl.com.
