Effective August 27, 2026

This agreement covers GrokBot Accounting (the “App”), a private tool Zina Aaron DMD, PC dba Rose Dental uses to connect to our own QuickBooks Online company file.

License

Rose Dental grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive right to use the App only for Rose Dental’s bookkeeping and tax work. The App is not licensed to the public and may not be copied, sold, or used for another business.

Your QuickBooks data

QuickBooks Online data stays yours. Connecting the App lets it read (and, if we later enable it, update) that company file so we can do the books. Intuit’s own terms still apply to QuickBooks.

No marketplace users

This App is not sold on Intuit’s marketplace. There are no outside customers. If that ever changes, we will update this page.

The App is provided as-is for our internal use. It does not replace a CPA, enrolled agent, or attorney. We are not giving tax or legal advice by publishing this page.

Disconnect

We may revoke the App’s QuickBooks connection at any time. Stopping the App does not delete records already in QuickBooks.
