As the office manager at Rose Dental, Bella

Is the energy that drives the team and helps us understand how important customer service is to all of our patients. She has many years of experience working as a dental lab technician. As such, she also acts as our in-house quality control supervisor for crowns, dentures, partials and bridges that our patients receive. We are very fortunate to have her expertise as a part of our team!

As a proud mother of 2, and grandmother of 2, Bella is kept busy with what she describes are the greatest joys in her life, spending time with family.

Say hello to Marili,

Our wonderful Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Marili earned her B.S. in Dental Hygiene and has been enjoying helping patients keep their smiles healthy and bright for over 2 years. Prior to becoming an RDH, she worked 4 years as a hygiene assistant at a dental pediatric facility. Her passion is empowering patients with tips and tools needed for a lifetime of oral health. Outside the office, she is a busy mom and wife who loves trying out new cuisine and planning weekend activities like the movies and shopping.

Meet Gina Nava,

Dr. Aaron’s wonderful lead dental assistant with over 25 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in supporting dentists, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring patients receive high-quality care. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for during their visits. She takes pride in her reliability, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. Being a dental assistant is more than a job to her—it is a career she truly values because she enjoys helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sons and trying out new adventures and activities with them!

Hi, meet Emily,

Our terrific dental assistant. She was born and raised in Tennessee and has a deep passion for holistic dentistry and whole-body wellness. She loves helping people feel confident and become their healthiest, most radiant selves through improving their smiles. Creating a positive, welcoming experience for each patient is what inspires her the most. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time camping in nature.

This is Alison, the treatment coordinator,

After nearly 30 years in the dental field, and doing everything from assisting with full mouth reconstruction, fabricating appliances in the lab, presenting treatment plans, managing, training, everything possible in the dental field, I have found what I love most is just helping people.

I have learned the value of just listening and being present. Everyone is battling something different and everyone just needs to be heard. I have learned the simplest acts of kindness can forge friendships and help people overcome their fears and apprehensions. A hug and smile honestly mean the world to me.

And the nerd part of me, probably the other 50%, loves the x-rays, putting together treatment plans that work for each individual, figuring out what is needed most and piecing things together with the patient.

This has never been a job, but it has always been my calling.
